台积电全球员工薪酬中位数约206万新台币，总裁魏哲家为194倍
台湾“中央社”消息，6月30日，台积电公布2021年度永续报告书，披露去年全球员工总体薪酬的中位数约新台币206万元（约合人民币46.35万元），总裁魏哲家的薪酬约为中位数的194倍。
台积电指出，公司整体薪酬包括本薪、津贴、现金奖金及酬劳。以台湾地区新进硕士毕业工程师为例，去年平均整体薪酬高于200万新台币；直接员工去年平均整体薪酬高于100万新台币，每月平均收入约当台湾基本工资的4倍。
据统计，台积电去年全球共有1.2683万名新进员工，截至去年底，全球共计6.5152万位员工。
