弯道超车甩开台积电：三星官宣3nm芯片已量产

今天，三星电子在官网宣布，
公司位于韩国的华城工厂已经开始大规模生产3nm制程半导体芯片，是全球首家量产3nm芯片的公司。
这意味着，在新一代芯片工艺的节点上，三星成功实现了对台积电的弯道超车，抢先拿下了3nm芯片市场。
根据三星官方介绍，在3nm芯片上，其放弃了之前的FinFET架构，采用了新的GAA晶体管架构，大幅改善了芯片的功耗表现。
与5nm相比， 新开发的3nm工艺能够降低45%的功耗，减少16%的面积，并同时提升23%的性能。
