6月30日，中消协发布 2022年“618”消费维权舆情分析报告 ，报告中集纳了“618”消费维权信息问题典型案例。
近日，新东方旗下的直播带货平台“东方甄选”因主播双语带货人气大涨，多次登上热搜榜。
但据媒体报道，6月9日，有消费者在“东方甄选”直播间下单了4.5—5斤装的陕西水蜜桃， 签收快递后，该消费者发现水蜜桃有约四分之一已经霉烂长毛。
在向客服反映后，商家很快发起全额退款，但消费者还是存有疑虑：桃子的损坏情况那么严重，是如何“甄选”的？
