国美零售拟配售19.6亿股股份，筹资7.76亿港元
财经网科技6月28日讯，据国美零售在港交所公告消息，公司与配售代理及卖方就配售及认购订立配售协议。配售代理已同意，尽力按配售价每股0.4港元配售19.6亿股现有股份。
根据该协议，卖方已有条件同意按认购价认购数目与配售代理所配售配售股份数目相同的新股份。经扣除相关费用及开支后，估计本公司将自认购事项收取的所得款项净额约为7.76亿港元。
