相信不少人遇到过这种情况：用过的小程序想再次使用，却翻不到记录，想搜索又忘记名字，最后只能放弃、不了了之。
6月24日，支付宝又向商家全量开放了一个产品功能“收藏引导”
，帮助提高用户复访率。
通过该功能， 商家可以在小程序内首页及指定页面向用户发布气泡提示，还可根据用户不同使用场景，灵活自定义文案，精准引导用户点击收藏，并告知下次通过支付宝首页“我的小程序”一键访问。
目前已有超1600个商家机构小程序配置了“收藏引导”气泡，同时，针对不同服务场景的个性化“收藏引导”
气泡已超4100个
。
