快狗打车登陆港交所 总市值约达132.34亿港元
站长之家（ChinaZ.com）6月24日 消息:今日，快狗打车正式在港交所上市，开盘价21.500港元，总市值达132.34亿港元。
今年4月，快狗打车向港交所提交上市申请书。昨日，快狗打车宣布，将香港IPO发行价定为每股21.50港元。
招股书显示，快狗打车2018年、2019年、2020年、2021年营收分别为4.53亿元、5.48亿元、5.3亿元、6.6亿元;亏损净额分别为10.71亿元、1.84亿元、6.58亿元及8.73亿元。毛利润分别为1亿元、1.73亿元、1.83亿元、2.42亿元，合计亿6.98亿元;
截至2018年、2019年、2020年及2021年12月31日，快狗打车分别拥有约1450万、1980万名、2400万及2760万名注册托运人以及130万名、300万名、420万名及520万名注册司机，注册用户数量达2650万。
持股方面，58到家持股50.51%，GoGoVan Cayman持股17.58%，淘宝中国持股12.92%，菜鸟持股2.84%。
