贝壳正式登陆港交所 总市值约1170亿港元
站长之家（ChinaZ.com）5月11日 消息:5月11日，贝壳正式在港交所挂牌交易，成为首家以「介绍方式」在港双重上市的回港中概股，首日开盘价为30.954港元，总市值约1174.15亿港元，股票代码“2423.HK”。
招股书显示，2019年-2021年，贝壳营收分别为460亿元、705亿元以及808亿元。
2021年第四季度，贝壳净营收为178亿元，同比下降21.5%。净亏损为9.33亿元，上年同期的净利润为10.96亿元。
截至2021年12月31日，贝壳找房的门店数量为51038家，与上年同期相比增长8.7%。第四季度移动月度活跃用户（MAU）人数平均值为3740万人。
持股方面，左晖家族持股23.3%、腾讯持股10.8%、彭永东持股4.8%、单一刚持股2.7%。
