极星汽车拟于本周借壳Gores Guggenheim上市
财联社6月21日电，极星汽车(Polestar)与特殊目的收购公司(SPAC)Gores Guggenheim(GGPI.US)的合并预计将于6月23日获得后者股东的批准。合并获批后，极星汽车预计将于6月24日在纳斯达克上市交易，股票代码“PSNY”。
