一直用切换键盘布局来切换中英输入+打中文时按 shift 临时切换 IME 的全局中英文输入。

在 22h2 的某个更新（估计是六月更新）后微软输入法开始为每个窗口保存独立的中英输入状态：
开着输入法打开新的终端窗口，输入法的默认输入模式会切换回中文、
来回切换窗口无法判断输入状态。用起来特别难受。

  1. 切换到微软输入法
  2. 切换到输入法的英文输入
  3. 打开新窗口：
    • 21h2: 输入法保持英文输入
    • 22h2: 输入法转为中文输入
