You can't target different versions yet, I have however tried it with v2 sites, and it works alright as a lot of utilities are the same. That said, Tailwind DX should work best with the play-cdn added (https://tailwindcss.com/docs/ins...) to your page during development. And old versions of Tailwind does not support that, I think.
I have not tried Windi CSS, I would have to look into it :)
Nice product. Going to be very handy for developers while dealing with Tailwind. Congrats on the launch.
