OnePlus 9 qualcomm crashdump mode

I typed the wrong cmd command when flashing twrp and now I get a qualcomm crashdump mode message.
Can it be repaired?

I entered fastboot mode. Will I press start and the phone will start?
MSM is not searching for the device

Open MSM Tool, check use lite firehose, click Start so it is already looking for the phone. Shut the phone off, press and hold both volume buttons at the same time and while holding them plug the USB cable in. If you have the drivers installed correctly it should pick the phone right up and flash it.
