Hi guys...i have successfully flashed my OnePlus Ace China version to 10R Oxygenos using the above guide provided by @DimRim, credit to him!

I have problem with fastboot enhance.
It says command not available on locked devices.
So I can't delete -cow partitions and can't flash payload.bin.
Should I unlock first?

Yes you have to unlock bootloader first
