Intel公布14代酷睿处理器：4nm EUV工艺威力无边
AMD这边已经预览了到Zen 5的CPU路线图，而Intel这边，其实也早早就公布了13代酷睿Raptor Lake、14代酷睿Meteor Lake相关信息。
日前，在2022 IEEE VLSI研讨会上，Intel确认，Meteor Lake移动版和桌面处理器将采用Intel 4工艺，Intel 4也就是早先Intel的7nm，但现在Intel变更制程话术后，与三星台积电统一后，其实是4nm EUV了。
CB称，Intel 4相较于Intel 7（12代酷睿），同等功耗下的频率可以高出20%。从Intel公布的指标数据来看，有些尺寸参数甚至缩小了一半多。
一同展示的还有Meteor Lake-P的内核照，可以看到6个性能核和8个能效核，除了x86计算核心，Meteor Lake-P还封装了GPU核显、I/O Die等单元。
