You need to contact the seller. Even if you do a factory reset from download mode, you will need the Google account it was originally setup with.

Otherwise, you'll probably have to root it.

So how would I go about that "otherwise" option? I can't access the settings, but have bootloader/fastboot.

Before rooting try doing a hard reset via recovery mode. Worst case scenario it will not work. Here are the instructions:

Your Tab S7 must be plugged in to a PC for this to work.

Recovery Mode SAMSUNG Galaxy Tab S7, how to - HardReset.info

The Recovery mode it is the hidden feature which will enable a lot of useful operation.

If that doesn't work, then check out this thread for instructions to root:

How to root Galaxy Tab S7(+). (GUIDE)

Download the firmware, and extract "boot.img.lz4" from AP. Use 7-zip or something else to compress the boot file and choose TAR format. Use Magisk to patch the "boot.img.tar", and you will get "magisk_patched.tar" in /Download folder. Flash it as...

Both courses of action will completely wipe the tablets data.

I only have the option to clear cache, not data in bootloader.

The "wipe data/factory reset" option is not available?

That means that tablet's bootloader and ROM were specially modified for whatever it was being used for before you bought it.

I'm not sure if you are able to do a clean install of a new ROM.

Can I just go into bootloader and ODIN flash new firmware to it?

You should be able to, as long as the bootloader is unlocked.

Nope, it's locked.

Nope, it's locked.

That sucks. I'm not sure if it can be unlocked because it is the US version (correct?). At least, I don't think anybody has figured it out.

Hopefully, the seller responds and helps you unlock the kiosk-ware. I'm not sure how much that will help though. If it is as I suspect, that it has a specially modified ROM for doing kiosk tasks, you may not be able to put it back to factory.

I saw your other thread. Like I said there, maybe you can take it or send it into Samsung. If you have the receipt, Samsung may be able to factory reset it to stock. No guarantees though.
