版本是 Catalina 10.15.7 最近系统做的变动就是装了 MacCleaner
发现很多 app 打开都会在 dock 跳半天
甚至一个轻便的下载软件 FDM 我重启电脑, 随后立即尝试启动它, 会在 dock 上跳二三十下
在站内看到有让屏蔽 ocsp.apple.com 的 已经照做, 重启验证发现无效

补充：出于排查原因，MacCleaner 被我卸掉了
