大约在2012年的时候就听说过rt-thread，那个时候rt-thread还只是一个kernel，应用没有现在这么广泛。此外，当时主要的时间在学习raw-os（估计很多人都没听说过），这方面也没有投入精力来学习。最早的rt-thread主要就是一个kernel，集成了fatfs、lwip、shell工具的开源软件，使用也是很小众的。
再次用rt-thread，是因为发现他们根据应用场景对rtos进行了区分。开源这部分还是关注于物联网，简单说就是需要一个rtos把mcu资源管起来的场景。商务这部分，把rtos改造成了面向一般安全设备、面向功能安全、面向航空航天三种场景的方案，也是蛮好的。当然，对于学习的同学来说，能够利用rt-thread学好面向iot的一般rtos，就很好了。
