支付宝上线商家交易投诉服务系统，需 72 小时内处理用户投诉
财经网科技5月13日讯，据支付宝平台官方消息，支付宝宣布升级用户保障体系，上线商家交易投诉服务系统，提醒商家在 72 小时内处理用户投诉，同时加大力度保护商品知识产权，提高商家服务信息质量。
据了解，商家交易投诉服务系统可一站式处理用户问题，如投诉、咨询等，系统跟踪用户问题处理效率。系统限定商家 72 小时内处理用户投诉，当剩余处理时间不足 12 小时，系统将自动向商家发送超时提醒。
