全国首个数字人民币预付式消费平台落地
据 财联社 5 月 6 日报道，全国首个数字人民币预付式消费平台今日在深圳福田落地，并首选教培行业进行试点。据介绍，数字人民币智能合约技术可解决传统预付式消费存在终止消费退款难、停业关门追偿难、消费维权举证难等痛点。消费者在平台使用数字人民币缴费后，预付资金将被“冻结”在数字人民币钱包中，可按照上课次数等不同核销方式、通过数字人民币底层技术可实现预付资金“一笔一清、一课一释”。深圳建行成为首家参与试点的银行。
