近期，我发现两台 PC 设备通过校园网访问很多网站都会出现【不安全】、【证书过期】现象，甚至这种现象还存在于我校官方页面中，问了周边几个人，他们都没遇到，我不对劲。
继续探究，发现根证书前几天过期了。

下载一个交叉签名的 der 格式证书，然后直接通过在线工具转为 Standard PEM 。
Win + R 运行 certmgr.msc，【受信任的根证书颁发机构】-【证书】，【操作】-【所有任务】-【导入】，将刚刚得到的 cer 格式证书导入，重启浏览器即可解决这个问题。
