4月25日，加密资产管理公司灰度首席执行官 Michael Sonneshein 表示，若该公司旗下比特币信托 GBTC 转换为比特币 ETF 的申请被 SEC 驳回，将很有可能对 SEC 采取法律行动。理由是灰度的比特币现货 ETF 与 SEC 已经批准的 Teucrium 比特币期货 ETF 没有不同。SEC 的批准原则不应前后不一。此前报道，灰度已在去年 10 月通过 NYSE Arca 向美国 SEC 提交了将 GBTC 转换为比特币现货 ETF 的申请。如果该申请正式通过，GBTC 份额持有者的头寸将自动转换为等值现货 ETF。（Beincrypto）
