不知道大家有没有遇到这种渲染 bug

因为暂时没法主动复现，所以不能截图，我尽量描述得清楚一点。。
举一个例子，比如下面是一行代码，“|”表示光标所在的位置。
abcd|efg
这时候按一次BackSpace （退格键），就直接变成这样了：
ab|
这时候输入任意一个键，比如“.”，就又会变成这样：
abcdefgbalabala.|
感觉就是实际的内容和 vscode 渲染出来的不一致，紊乱。然后 reload window 一下就又好了。
装了很多插件。。也可能是 neovim 插件的问题，这 bug 偶尔触发所以一时半会也没法排错
