重启 Windows Explorer 试试看

遇到过开机不显示底栏图标，也是得重启 explorer 。

@AoEiuV020 而且是逐渐掉了，再过会儿就彻底掉下去啦

@luolw1998 感谢二位，重启是能解决。。但过会儿又开始触发了（貌似每次切换窗口有概率触发），就让人很…… 无奈……
