HereAfter开发的Life Story Avatar，可以将亲人一生的故事将化身成一个头像，通过文字、语音、图片与我们聊天。
这款工具的创始人James Vlahos在得知父亲已到肺癌晚期后，记录了与父亲长达20个小时的对话，再把对话输入到一个叫Dadbot的聊天机器人中。父亲去世后，James通过Dadbot与父亲继续聊天，因为有了父亲的记忆，Dadbot甚至连语气都跟父亲一模一样。这个聊天机器人极大地缓解了James失去父亲的悲痛。于是James把它发展成了HereAfter，希望更多的使用者都能被治愈。
