关于欧盟加密资产市场（MiCA）监管方案的下一轮谈判将于3月31日开始。在欧盟立法程序之后，MiCA现在将成为三方非正式讨论的主题，涉及欧盟各政府部门——欧盟委员会、议会和理事会。负责监督该框架立法过程的议员Stefan Berger证实，三方对话将按计划于周四开始。据悉，三方达成的任何协议都是非正式的，需要得到每一个有关机构的正式批准。尽管在这一阶段很少采取重大变化，但立法者可能仍需要确定一些细节，如将负责监管加密空间的机构，以及DeFi或NFT是否应包括在框架的范围内。（CoinDesk）
