How to save a HTML Preview in PDF Format Using the Print Function
You want to process and monitor electronic documents for Italy using SAP Document and Reporting Compliance in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
Did you know that you can save the HTML preview of your incoming and outgoing invoices in the eDocument Cockpit (EDOC_COCKPIT) as a PDF file?
You can use the print features as a workaround to save the PDF file on your local computer as follows:
- In the eDocument Cockpit, open the HTML preview of the incoming and outgoing invoice.
- Use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + A.
- Make a right-click and choose Print.
- Print the preview of the HTML to PDF and save it on your local computer.
