How to save a HTML Preview in PDF Format Using the Print Function

You want to process and monitor electronic documents for Italy using SAP Document and Reporting Compliance in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

Did you know that you can save the HTML preview of your incoming and outgoing invoices in the eDocument Cockpit (EDOC_COCKPIT) as a PDF file?

You can use the print features as a workaround to save the PDF file on your local computer as follows:

  1. In the eDocument Cockpit, open the HTML preview of the incoming and outgoing invoice.eDocument-Cockpit.png
  2. Use the keyboard shortcut CTRL + A.HTML-Preview-2.png
  3. Make a right-click and choose Print.HTML-Preview-selected.png
  4. Print the preview of the HTML to PDF and save it on your local computer.

I hope that these few steps make it easier for you to manage your incoming and outgoing invoices.
