windows10 的输入法管理程序：ctfmon.exe
有时候Windows 10 抽风，输入法不见了，按下 Windows + Space 也无法切换（根本就没有反应），这个时候应该考虑是不是输入法程序被kill或挂掉了，按下 Windows + R 打开运行窗口，然后输入 ctfmon.exe 然后回车，基本上输入法又回来了。ctfmon.exe 就是输入法的管理程序。
