钛媒体App 3月4日消息，全国政协委员、中国航天科技集团一院首席总师姜杰院士表示，我国新一代载人运载火箭的研制正处于关键技术攻关及方案深化论证阶段，新一代载人运载火箭的研制将使我国具备2030年前载人登陆月球的能力，并为后续月球科考与开发、深空探测及空间资源利用打下基础。据介绍，新一代载人运载火箭的研制将突破13项重大关键技术，这些技术决定了火箭的性能指标，是载人登月任务完成的基本前提，将影响火箭的技术水平，是火箭方案先进性的重要体现。（来源：新华社）
