[城建综合] 深圳机场新航站楼即将开建总投资203亿元
项目概况：深圳市机场东综合交通枢纽位于机场东航站区与下十围路东延长线、宝安大道、兴华路所围合的区域 ，由新建的东航站区、计划2025年运营的深茂铁路、拟建深大城际线（33号线）、在建12号线、既有1号线、规划20号线、规划26号线组成，一同构建集航空、高速铁路、城际铁路、城市轨道等多种交通方式于一体的“空铁联运、站城一体”综合交通枢纽。主要包括铁路工程、城市轨道交通工程、深大城际线、枢纽换乘核心区、航站区相关工程（其中能计算建筑面积的主体规模约33.0万㎡）、交通接驳设施、地面附属设施、市政配套道路、景观工程、施工期间占用和施工后恢复的市政道路、管线、绿化设施及同步实施的开发建筑地下室等，主体工程费用暂估为203.18亿元。
