深信服研发的监测系统引争议：可提前获知员工是否有跳槽意向

钛媒体App 2月11日消息，据网传截图显示，该监测系统名为“行为感知系统”，可以提供离职倾向员工详情。包含员工姓名、所属岗位等内容。同时，监测系统还能够检测到员工访问求职网站次数、聊天涉及离职关键词量、搜索离职相关关键词量以及简历投递次数等内容。

截图中清晰可见员工简历投递的网站、投递次数以及投递时间等内容；还可以查看到员工访问过的求职网站以及在站内申请的职位。

该行为感知系统疑似为A股上市公司深信服科技股份有限公司开发的一款软件“深信服行为感知系统BA”。
