深圳医保局曝光案例：38家企业骗取生育津贴719万元，4人被执行逮捕

钛媒体App 2月11日消息，深圳医保局曝光一批案件，其中包括“38家企业骗取生育津贴案”：2021年6月，深圳市医疗保障局调查发现，2017年6月至2021年5月期间，张某霞、张某良、张某辉等人涉嫌通过成立或控制深圳市臻格设计有限公司、深圳市翔龙设计有限公司、芊芷（深圳）设计有限公司等38家企业虚构劳动关系骗取生育津贴719万元。依据《中华人民共和国社会保险法》等规定，将该案移交公安机关刑事立案侦查。目前，已抓获犯罪嫌疑人8人，后经检察机关审查批准，4人被执行逮捕，4人变更为其它强制措施。
