台积电日本工厂进展：索尼开始注入资金

　　新浪科技讯 北京时间1月26日上午消息，据报道，台积电与索尼在日本成立芯片制造合资公司。索尼公司今日宣布，面向合资公司的初步投资已经完成。

　　索尼集团通过旗下公司“索尼半导体解决方案”（Sony Semiconductor Solutions）向合资公司投资，未来2年索尼将投入570亿日元（约5亿美元），拥有股份不超过20%。

　　去年11月台积电宣布将与索尼合作在日本建设芯片厂，这是台积电在日本的第一座芯片厂。工厂投资预计会达到8000亿日元（约440亿人民币），于2024年年底之前投入运营。芯片厂产能相当于每月45000片300mm晶圆。
