1月14日消息，日前，广东省市场监管局发布反不正当竞争执法指导性案例，涉及钱大妈、沃尔玛、T3出行等品牌。山姆会员店上述行为，违反了《反不正当竞争法》的规定，依据《反不正当竞争法》有关规定，执法机关责令其停止违法行为，处罚款30万元。
