1月14日消息，公告显示，鱼跃医疗于2022年1月13日收到标的公司的通知，合作方之一中国信达资产管理股份有限公司决定不参与本次增资，本次增资方案尚需进一步调整，因此鱼跃医疗、标的公司及其他合作方协商一致，暂缓本次增资相关事项，待标的公司更新增资方案后，鱼跃医疗将重新评估相关投资事宜。据了解，此前，鱼跃医疗拟以自有资金人民币10.98亿元认购标的公司新增注册资本人民币10.98亿元。
