Hey PH community! I haven't been a maker since the pandemic, and it feels like so much has changed. How are you? Do you feel like you're taking enough care of your well-being?

We see that a lot of people aren't. And we believe that it mainly happens because of the absence of inspiration, tools, and a supportive community, which can all help people to better themselves, and the world, daily.

As a Founder, I need to proactively take care of myself, otherwise, I'll quickly burn out. Alms helps me a lot: not only I'm keeping myself accountable, posting about my routines, but I also keep discovering new ideas that I can try in my daily life (Try real Shaolin practices at home? Why not)!

Seems to me that this product can be really popular & useful for Gen Z, caz a lot of my mates really care about their mental health, etc. Like!
