大家 gmail 的 fcm 推送正常吗？

时隔 2 年，又从苹果换回来了，然后发现 gmail 在不使用工具的情况下收不到 fcm 推送，而其他 app 无论用不用工具，都能收到 fcm 推送。
于是我从 apkmirror 上找了个两年前的 gmail ，一切又都恢复正常了，所以这两年到底发生了啥?
