法国龚古尔奖首次颁给非裔作家
2021年度的法国龚古尔文学奖今天揭晓，由塞内加尔籍的作家穆罕默德-姆布加尔-萨尔（Mohamed Mbougar Sarr）凭借《人最秘密的记忆》（暂译）《La plus secrète mémoire des hommes》获得。今年31岁的萨尔(Mohamed Mbougar Sarr)因此成为首位获得最负盛名的法国文学奖的来自撒哈拉以南非洲的作家。这位塞内加尔作家在第一轮比赛中就获胜，在评审团的10名成员中获得了6票。
据介绍，虽然得奖的是他的第四部小说，但这位1990年出生于塞内加尔的作者在此次评选前并不出名，他的两家出版社（法国独立出版社Philippe Rey和塞内加尔的Jimsaan）也都不是奖项评选的常客。但龚古尔学院院长迪迪埃-德科恩（Didier Decoin）毫不掩饰他对穆罕默德-姆布加尔-萨尔的小说的钦佩之情，称其为 "非常漂亮的书 "和对 "文学的赞歌"。
至于这部获奖小说的主题，法新社报道用“讲述了非洲文学的困难”一句话概括。《世界报》对这本获奖小说的评价是：一部非常有思想性、感性、具有政治性而且经常很有趣。
