10月24日，十三届全国政协经济委员会主任尚福林在第三届上海外滩峰会上说，金融科技与数字技术融合发展，是践行金融供给侧结构性改革的举措。利用区块链易追溯、难篡改的特性，有助于中小微企业解决一些难题，针对此的一些信息平台建设也取得了成绩进展。他说，依托数字技术赋能，利用系统论方法，可以优化甚至重塑传统的贷款审批流程，提高客户体验。（第一财经）
