7,000MB/s 讀寫速度，Kingston KC3000 PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD 即將推出
Kingston 預告 PCIe 4.0 NVMe 固態硬碟產品訊息已久，最近應該是真的要上市了。
Kingston 在 CES 2021 展覽期間，預告將推出首款 PCIe 4.0 NVMe 固態硬碟，當時並未透露產品名稱。最新消息指出，Kingston 延續 KC2500、KC2000 命名規則，將之稱為 KC3000 似乎就快要上市了。
KC3000 產品代號 Ghost Tree，由於植基於 Phison PS5018-E18 設計解決方案，推測它可能是搭配 Micron 的 176 層 TLC 3D NAND。雖然屬於通俗 M.2 Type 2280 尺寸設計，從外傳影像來看 Kingston 針對散熱做了強化，添加一片薄型散熱片因應之。
這系列預計提供 512GB、1TB、2TB、4TB 容量選擇，所有容量版本的讀取速度都能達到 7,000MB/s、1,000,000IOPS，循序寫入方面 2、4TB 版本也是看似極佳的 7,000MB/s，而 512GB 和 1TB 版本礙於組成結構因素分別只能到 3,900MB/s、6,000MB/s。
至於設計寫入耐用度參考指標 TBW（Total Bytes Written），據悉分別為 512GB 版本 400TBW、1TB 版本 800TBW、2TB 版本 1,600TBW、2TB 版本 3,200TBW。Kingston 官方可能會在 10 月 25 日，正式宣布推出 KC2500 系列產品，如果有興趣不妨拭目以待。
