The biggest hurdle, is getting people off the “every man for himself” model, and instead “we are in this life together, 330 million of us.”
And making sure “folk” understand the platform Forward proposes IS NOT socialism or communism.
To see a path Forward, and to not just wring our hands, gives me tremendous hope. Thank you Andrew for thinking our way through the the current morass.
I’ve been following Andrew since he showed up on the primary stage and I’m really excited to see what the Forward Party can accomplish. I shared this idea with a friend recently and he told he that this idea has no chance. So I reminded him that we probably wouldn’t have the stimulus checks if it weren’t for Andrew and I shared with him the number of people who were endorsed by Humanity Forward and made it into locally-elected seats. I’d love for their to be a podcast about how many of these ideas ALREADY have traction, so new-comers understand that this ideas isn’t grass roots… it’s already established and growing.
