碳链价值APP讯，北京市西城区政府今日发布《北京市西城区支持中关村科技园区西城园自主创新若干规定》(简称“科创十条”)，对科技孵化机构及有重大影响力的创新企业最高奖励达1000万元，政策预计年均兑现将超过1亿元，「科创十条」 将鼓励区块链等技术在城市管理、民生改善、文物保护利用、节能环保、传统产业转型升级及重点产业功能区建设等方面的应用。
