VMware 安装 Windows 虚拟机一直启动报错

报错这个，bios 开启了 CPU 虚拟化支持，搜了搜好像没相关解决方案，amd 的 cpu

关闭了 hyper-v 后重启 vmware 立马可以使用了，这个是 Windows11 特有的 bug ？
