8月30日，美国最大的解剖病理学、数字病理学、临床和分子实验室服务提供商之一 PathGroup 宣布收购位于伯明翰的独立皮肤病理学实验室 DermLab。
DermLab 由医学博士 Charles A. Parrish、Michael K. Jacobs 和 Stephen E. Mason 联合创立于2013年，主要业务为皮肤病理诊断及相应客户服务。
