市监总局加强虎牙斗鱼等经营者集中案反垄断审查

国家市场监管总局周五表示，正在依法加强腾讯系虎牙和斗鱼合并、百度收购欢聚集团Y、京东收购猎芯科技等11起经营者集中案反垄断审查。国家市监总局称，加强和优化经营者集中反垄断审查，通过提高违法实施集中案件处罚力度等，解决法律威慑力不强等问题，使经营者集中合规监管制度更加完善和周延。要进一步改进经营者集中审查工作，着力做好半导体、医药、能源等领域附条件案件的监督执行，依法查处民生、互联网等重点领域违法实施经营者集中案件。7 月上旬虎牙与斗鱼合并已经被叫停。
