PharmEasy plans to file IPO papers by October

India’s largest e-pharmacy platform PharmEasy is gearing up to file draft papers by October before an Initial Public Offering later in the fiscal year, sources said.
This comes at a time when discussions with Japan’s SoftBank for a new funding round have fallen through, the sources who are familiar with the development told ET. PharmEasy is on track for an IPO but is still negotiating with new investors to raise between $200 million and $300 million at a valuation of around $5.6 billion, the sources added.
PharmEasy’s IPO plans also coincide with the success of food delivery app Zomato’s IPO in July which set the stage for Indian online firms to go public this year.

SAN FRANCISCO : Microsoft on Thursday warned thousands of its cloud computing customers, including some of the world’s largest companies, that intruders could have the ability to read, change or even delete their main databases, according to a copy of the email and a cyber security researcher.
Luttwak said even customers who have not been notified by Microsoft could have had their keys swiped by attackers, giving them access until those keys are changed.

Delhi, Chennai among most surveilled in the world, ahead of Chinese cities.
Data for the world’s most surveilled cities shows that India’s capital city New Delhi ranks first with 1,826.6 cameras per square mile, while Chennai which has 609.9 cameras per square miles ranks third; London is second and Mumbai at 18.
