如何在 Windows 10 平台的 make.exe 使用 powershell

从 macOS 迁移到 Windows 10 进行开发，在使用 make 的时候发现 make 貌似调用的是 cmd 而非 powershell，请问大家有没有遇到过类似的问题，以及最终如何解决。

make 版本

make --version
GNU Make 4.3 
Built for Windows32

发现此问题时使用的 make 规则

clean:
	Remove-Item *.table
