理想汽车通过港交所上市聆讯，已交付逾 63000 辆理想 ONE
据港交所文件，理想汽车已通过港交所上市聆讯，高盛、中金为其联席保荐人。
招股书显示，理想汽车的收入总额由 2019 年的 2.844 亿元增至 2020 年的 95 亿元（14 亿美元），并由截至 2020 年 3 月 31 日止三个月的 8.517 亿元增至截至 2021 年 3 月 31 日止三个月的 36 亿元（5.457 亿美元）。
理想汽车于业绩记录期处于亏损状态。于 2018 年、2019 年及 2020 年以及截至 2021 年 3 月 31 日止三个月，理想汽车分别产生净亏损 15 亿元、24 亿元、1.52 亿元（2314.8 万美元）及 3.60 亿元（5494.3 万美元）。
该公司从 2019 年 11 月开始量产理想 ONE，并于 2021 年 5 月 25 日推出 2021 款理想 ONE。截至 2021 年 6 月 30 日，理想汽车已交付逾 63000 辆理想 ONE。
理想汽车 2020 年第二季度共交付 6604 辆车，较 2020 年第一季度增加 128.0%。2020 年第三季度共交付 8660 辆车，较 2020 年第二季度增加 31.1%；2020 年第四季度共交付 14464 辆车，较 2020 年第三季度增加 67.0%。该公司在 2021 年第一季度共交付 12579 辆车，较 2020 年第一季度增加 334.4%，而较 2020 年第四季度略微下降 13.0%。
股权方面，招股书披露，理想汽车董事长兼 CEO 李想持股 23.79%，可行使投票权高达 75.74%；美团持股 13.23%，投票权为 4.21%；王兴个人持股 6.76%，投票权 2.15%。
