如果你指的是搜索，那么可能是因为chrome的地址栏默认是Google，Google国内无法访问，而国内和其他浏览器默认一般不是Google，所以可以使用。
如果你指的是特定网页打不开，那有可能是浏览器拓展插件开了代理，而正好代理指向地址的服务器无法访问。
