我的 oracle cloud 韩国帐号主区域被移动到了日本

很久没登陆 oracle 的控制台，最近登陆发现从韩国区控制台输入我原版属于韩国区 Tenant 后会跳转到日本，并且需要通过输入老密码的方式强制重置密码
重置后发现（说明老密码是对的），我的区域不知为什么被设置到了日本（不重置也会在输入 Tenant 名称后跳转到日本控制台），两台机器自然也就看不到了，但是 ssh 还能链接上
Oracle 的在线客服都是机器人.
现在两台韩国小机不敢动了..
