碳链价值APP讯，据《朝鲜日报》报道，韩国主要反对党人民力量党议员Ha Tae-keung称2019年以来，朝鲜支持的黑客从韩国钱包中窃取了价值3.1亿美元的加密货币。这不包括联合国在2019年确定的35起黑客攻击案件，据称，朝鲜网络犯罪分子通过那批袭击窃取了20亿美元（该国否认）。
首尔IT安全专家Gina Kim称近年来加密交易所提升了安全防范，如今大部分攻击者都直接锁定客户本身。「我无法确定袭击者是否来自朝鲜，但他们基本都讲朝鲜语。」Ha Tae-keung有望参选下届总统，他表示：「我将让大韩民国成为区域内最安全的国家，保护国民免受网络犯罪威胁，包括黑客攻击。」（朝鲜日报）
