湖南娄底市娄星区纳税人贺女士在税务区块链+不动产交易系统首办增量房交易业务，通过实时获取税务、自规、住建、公安、民政等5部门上链信息，成功完成申报缴税，顺利开具全省首张区块链电子税收完税证明。娄底税务区块链+不动产交易系统是按照“集成上链、一体办理”原则，针对增量房交易、存量房交易2类登记业务共6个业务场景，运用区块链技术开发的业务办理系统。娄底市税务局党委书记、局长石洪波介绍，通过区块链技术的有效运用，可大幅减少纳税人报送资料，纳税人平均办税时间将从半天提速至5分钟以内。（红网）
